Will my car be safe?

Cruise Parking is a Park Mark accredited car park. It has a full time on-site management team and is part of an estate patrolled day and night by security staff and military police. The site has 24-hour CCTV, security lighting and a secure perimeter fence.

Please do not leave any valuables as the car park takes no responsibility. Parking is at the vehicle owner's own risk subject to printed terms and conditions.

What do I do upon arrival?

You should arrive at the car park at least two hours before you are due to sail. A member of staff will show you where to park. You should then wait with your car while they check you in and complete the necessary paperwork.  You should aim to arrive at the car park between 11.30am and 3pm. Outside these times you may have to wait longer for a transfer. If your cruise is delayed, the car park will adjust your transfers accordingly.

What do I do when I return?

Report to a member of Cruise Parking staff in the arrivals hall in the terminal. They will be wearing a blue jacket and a tie and holding a Cruise Parking sign. They will arrange your transfer back to the car park. The buses run regularly to and from the cruise terminals between 8am and 11am, when the ships are docking. Transfers outside these times are available on demand. On certain vessels you will be allocated a return shuttle bus which will leave the terminal at a pre-designated time.

How do transfers work?

Transfers run from the car park to the terminals on a very regular basis. These transfers are conducted by fully licenced minibuses and luxury coaches. Transfers depart only a short distance from where you park and stop outside the front door of the cruise terminals. This ensures only a very short walking distance. Transfers for up to 4 passengers per car are included in the parking charges. Additional passengers will be charged at £10.00 per return transfer.
