Cruise Parking Cancellations Policy
We understand that unplanned circumstances can occur, and occasionally this might mean that you need to cancel or alter your booking. If you’d like to change or cancel any aspect of your booking, all we ask is that you give us enough notice, so that we can amend your booking internally and allow the space to become available for others.
Please contact us via phone as soon as possible, so we can cancel or amend your booking. Please kindly read our cancellation terms below beforehand.
If you have booked through one of our agents, please contact them directly and they will handle your request. Their own terms and conditions will apply and they will notify us of any changes made.
If you have booked with us directly then please complete the short form to request a cancellation.
- Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the drop off date and time, otherwise full charges will apply.
- Cancellations can be made by phone or email and either must be received in accordance with our notice period.
- Successfully cancelled bookings may carry a £10 admin charge.
- Non-flexible products cannot be cancelled or refunded.
